Product Details
The float switch design is available for normally open (high level) applications or normally closed (low level) applications. The float includes an internal weight or a cable weight for suspended application.
The float switch is designed to be used as a pilot duty, narrow angle sensing device to monitor liquid levels in sewage and water systems, also to active pump control panels, alarms solenoids, and relays. This switch is not sensitive to rotation and is suitable for use with intrinsically safe circuits.
Normally Open - The float switch turns on (closes) when the float tips slightly above the horizontal position signaling a high level, and turns off (opens) when the float drops slightly below the horizontal position.
Normally Closed - The float switch turns on (closes when the float drips slightly below the horizontal position signaling a low level, and turns off (opens) when the float tips slightly above the horizontal position.
• 30’ suspension
• Pear shaped float
