AHB freeze protection cables keep water flowing down to -40°F and are pre-assembled, ready to install. They come with power indicator light and an energy saving thermostat. EASYHEAT, the leader in residential pipe freeze protection, presents the AHB Series pipe heating system. Pre-assembled and ready to install, the cable prevents pipes from freezing, keeping water flowing to -40°. Using an energy saving thermostat, AHB cables operate on 120 Volts AC and are suitable for use on water filled plastic and metal water pipes. The AHB system also includes a power indicator light in the plug for assurance that the system has power. This system can be installed with confidence that it will operate for years without requiring service. All components are made of the highest quality material and are tested during critical points in the manufacturing process. The AHB Series system is easy to buy and to install, engineered in 3 foot increments to accommodate many pipe lengths with diameters up to 1.5 ". Simply run the cable straight along the pipe and valves according to the included instructions.
